The legitimate interests pursued by the Data Controller in processing the data stem from the obligation to fulfill contractual obligations entered into between the parties. Under Article 6, the legality of the processing is based on the explicit consent given by the data subject, documented in writing. The provision of data is mandatory for the data controller to provide the requested services. If you refuse, it will not be possible to complete the registration process, and the Data Controller will not be able to fulfill contractual obligations.
Data Communication to Third Parties
Your personal data will be processed by the Data Controller, by the processors appointed by him, and by authorized personnel. Your personal data will not be subject to dissemination.
Retention Period
Your personal data will be stored for 10 years from the termination of the service provision/product supply relationship in the digital archives owned by Sciambola S.r.l. (sole member).
Intent of the Data Controller

The data subject has the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on the consent provided before the withdrawal and has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
